  2. Include yourΒ order numberΒ and a quickΒ photo or videoΒ showing the issue.
  3. Once approved, we'llΒ send a replacementΒ for your item.
  4. TheΒ delivery/shipping charges for the replacement are paid by the customerΒ β€” replacements are not shipped free.
  5. In most cases,Β you won't need to return the original item.
  6. If a return is required, theΒ return courier/shipping fee is also paid by the customer.
  7. Approved replacements are dispatched withinΒ 5–10 business days.

To keep our prices low, we're unable to offer replacements for:
